Description

A professional development event for Arts Therapists

Facilitated by Jenny Hill

Refreshments 12:00 | Workshop 12:30 - 4:00

Jenny Hill is a practicing artist and storyteller trainer with extensive experience in performance, education, community projects and using narrative in healing contexts. Jenny has worked collaboratively and therapeutically in women’s prisons and in community settings using attachment focused relationship building with mothers, babies and primary school aged children. She conducts workshops and training programs for both children and adults. Jenny has a deep interest in the therapeutic potential of stories, listening to their resonances, their reflective qualities and the sometimes surprising ways they contribute to transformation. Jenny has worked with Nancy Mellon, author of “The Body Speaks” and Ashley Ramsden, director of the International School of Storytelling.

Just bring yourself in comfortable ‘play clothes’ along with your sense of adventure and humour!
