About Story-Powered Strategy

Our Story-Powered Strategy program is where we help you craft and embed your strategy story so that everyone is on the same page and your strategy sticks.

It could be your corporate strategy, your change or transformation strategy, your merger strategy, even one of your business line strategies—anything that involves major change. And we offer both face-to-face and online delivery.

Your Presenter

Paul Ichilcik is one of our Anecdote Principals. He is an expert facilitator and story consultant. In a past life, Paul was a management consultant but grew frustrated that great ideas rarely inspired the action they deserved. So, more recently he’s worked in communications roles for Amazon, Microsoft, and a top brand agency. Paul has led hundreds of strategy narrative workshops and consulted to C-level executives across the globe. He’s focused on practical storytelling that compels change, helps leaders connect, and brings a strategy to life. Paul splits his time between Seattle, WA and Sydney, Australia.
