The doubts add up and our thinking get's in the way of making the changes that we want to make in health, career, relationships, preventing you from moving forward... Does it sometimes feel like your confidence isn't as solid as you'd like it to be? It only takes a little knock for it to shatter and get 'found out' to be the shy or worried or scared person you feel like on the inside?
Sometime's it's only when we look back that we notice the little moments have been adding up... When we look back and notice that we've been repeating patterns and missed opportunities, relationships, health goals, and maybe friendships for days, weeks, months and even years... Even so we hold onto the faint glimmer of hope that maybe things can be different.
Maybe you've started to ask the question of how can I TAKE ACTION instead of getting caught in the unending cycle of making excuses after excuses?

Sometimes it can help to learn from someone who's been there, someone who maintained hope even in the darkest of times and never, ever, gave up.... The first step in solving a problem is recognising there is one.... Then it comes down to what to do about it....
