ABOUT THE PRESENTER

JOSH HORNEMAN

Josh is a coach, advisor and business owner with a focus on driving growth in the startup and SME sectors across Western Australia. He currently spreads his time between his coaching business, his role as a government business advisor, delivering projects via his strategic advisory consultancy, managing a cloud-based business planning and financial forecasting solution called VentureCast, and developing projects in his film production company, Rookies Ambush.

His area of expertise lies in defining strong business strategies, being able to identify the best system of prioritisation required within a business for growth, and then managing accountability to ensure these strategies are delivered as planned. Through his advisory role for the government, Josh has been exposed to a wide variety of business challenges. Working one to one with the business owner or senior manager, he has seen client success across a variety of industries and business sizes, resulting in significant growth across the SME sector.

Currently working closely with Indigenous Business Australia, Josh is one of the primary consultants engaged to assist new and existing indigenous businesses with strategic planning and funding applications. Working with CEO’s and boards, he endeavours to assist organisations to manage change as they evolve, working with cultural sensitivity as a core focus.
