Following on from last years hugely successful Riesling v Pork luncheon at the Stirling Hotel, we're back to do it all again!

About this Event

Nose to tail, dry to sweet, this is a story of two passions coming together for a special dining experience. John Hughes, acclaimed riesling master and the man behind Rieslingfreak, whose expressions of single vineyard riesling along with ageing and blending to craft out a portfolio that has earned him acclaim amongst the industry and his peers. Stirling Hotel's executive chef Brendan Boothroyd who’s history with the Dining Room restaurant has been recognised with being previously awarded a hat showcases his love and passion for all things food and wine.

A four course lunch set on our leafy verandah of the Stirling Hotel, chef Brendan has personally chosen our own pig, for a specially limited menu, paired with eight of Johns wines, from dry, crisp single vineyards to aged and old world influenced.
