Are you trying to conceive? Over the pill? Wanting to understand your menstrual cycle & your fertility? This series is for you!

About this Event

A 3 part series for menstruating women of all ages, women of reproductive age not currently menstruating & women who may be trying to conceive - to support understanding of your cycle and how stillness is not only an essential part of your treatment plan, it is an essential part of being a woman.

What does stillness have to do with your menstrual cycle?

It can be difficult dealing with the challenges that can come with our menstrual cycle & reproductive health. Conditions or symptoms like PCOS, pre-menstrual syndrome, period pain, endometriosis, headaches, fatigue, anxiety, difficulty falling pregnant and so on...

Stress plays a major role in all of the above, affecting us physically, mentally and emotionally.

Find out how coming back to an innate quality of stillness can be a foundational & essential support.

This 3 part series is designed to support women & their reproductive health - menstruating women of all ages, women of reproductive age not currently menstruating & women who may be trying to conceive.

It’s an opportunity to come together and experience The Yoga of Stillness™, a very simple and powerful practice to support being in our body and to re-connect to our innate quality of stillness.

We will also explore cycles and how they support us, nurture us and hold us in our every day life.

'Stillness & Cycles' is a workshop designed to support you to build a relationship with your body and a relationship with your cycle that goes against the taboo and stigma that still surrounds periods & women's reproductive health. A relationship that embraces the true & natural qualities of being a woman.

What will we cover?

  • Understanding the menstrual cycle, hormones & how it all works
  • How do you build body awareness?
  • Period pain, PMS, fatigue, etc - what is your body trying to tell you?
  • How does stress affect your cycle?
  • Is it possible to deal with stress rather than just manage it?
  • An introduction to Fertility Awareness
  • Natural contraception

Sara is founder of Follow your Flow & Co-owner of Living Stillness. She has 2 decades experience studying & working in the area of women's health & is currently completing a Masters in Women's Health Medicine.
