Details about the event are as follows:

Date: The farewell party will be on Saturday evening 14th November 2020 from 5pm.

Food: Dinner will be a roast (including 'nibbles' and desserts) - see booking confirmation for costs. All other meals/snacks whilst staying at the camp will be by personal arrangement.

Drinks: All guests are requested to arrange their own drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

Accommodation: Will be available at the camp for the usual fee if you require it - see booking confirmation for costs. You can book for just the evening of 14 November, or come early and also stay on the evening of 13 November.
