Most people experience yoga through the practice of physical postures (asanas). However the traditional yoga system as described by Patanjali is made up of 8-limbs of which asanas is the third limb. In this workshop we will explore each step of this fascinating method to deepen your understanding of yoga and how it applies to yourself as an individual and how it can transform your life.

Workshop series includes:

4th June: Let’s bring yoga into your life! Break old patterns and create new habits.

11th June: Explore asanas and proper alignment. Learn how to practice yoga safely, avoid injuries and advance in your practice.

18th June: Learn different breathing techniques that will enhance the quality of your life.

25th June: Set your practice on fire - how you can achieve anything.

Whether you are new to Yoga or an advanced practitioner, this workshop is a great opportunity to connect with your practice on a deeper level and explore your true potential.

This workshop runs every Sunday over 4 weeks, each session can be purchased separately, you can choose to participate in as many workshops as you like, however we recommend attending all 4 sessions for the best results. Each session consists of: practical asana practice (45 minutes), discussion/ talk, exercises
