Event Details

STEP AUSTRALIA - NSW Branch invites you to an address by Jane Needham SC, who will present on “Enduring Problems: the interrelationship of elder law and succession law”.

Our speaker will examine the way in which a person’s age and capacity for decision making impacts upon their estate, both during life, during periods of incapacity, and after death.

Topics covered will be the process of substituted decision making both administratively and through the Courts, and when and how a statutory will should be considered.

Send the details of this invitation to your colleagues - they will thank you.
