Ally is on a mission to change the way we perceive tough conversations in the work place, and to inspire, empower and motivate leaders to throw out the rulebook and lead with Empathy, Compassion, Vulnerability and have a little bit of fun along the way too.

Event details

This session specifically unpacks participants' experiences and the stories we tell ourselves about the role of managing staff, and the skills of leadership. It will explore the essential services of authority (protection, direction and order) and how they are exchanged for followership in different kinds of organisational systems. Participants will leave with an enhanced sense of their own mental models of leadership/management, and an idea of how they differ from others'.

Outcomes:

• Explore and get clarity on your personal leadership vision

• Discover leadership strategies for your own high performance

• Develop your personal leadership plan and blueprint

• Learn how to create rapid rapport and trust with your team

• Identify and amplify your key leadership strengths

• Discuss and understand examples of influential communication as a leader
