Step 1 of 7 Prospect Client Maturity Checklist?
Event Information
About this Event
Welcome to the first epidode of our monthly webiinar sales 101 tips.
Over the next few months, we will be covering the entire seven-step maturity checklist which should be used by all salespeople and business owners alike to identify their perfect-fit clients.
Step 1 of 7: (Does your prospect client have a full-time person in adjacent departments?)
In this webinar, we will be exploring the pros and cons of your prospective client in regards to them having a full-time person in adjacent departments vs a part-time person or no person at all.
It is imperative that you understand the true value which your products or solutions can provide to the organization you are selling to as well as the individuals who will also benefit from such an undertaking.
If you are trying to sell a six-figure solution that benefits a certain department (HR, customer service, finance, marketing) and they do not have a full-time person in that role then it is unlikely that they will invest.
How do I know if this event is right for me?
- Are you and your sales team struggling to define your ideall fit client?
- Do you often feel that you waste too much of your time working on low yield and difficult clients?
- Is your business or team struggling to hit revenue targets for 2020 due to poor client acquisition numbers?
- Does it often feel like you spend too much time fixing client issues, chasing invoices, or general client management instead of focusing on net-new business?
