About this event
Across varying universities in Sydney, a cohort of highly ambitious students collaborated to complete industry projects provided by JDS, Arcadis, Jacobs over a 2 week period. These innovative student led projects will be showcased at the STEM Leaders Program Expo Night, where you will get the opportunity to learn about the significance of these projects to society.

- Insight into Real Skills Education's initiatives in facilitating connections between university students and the industry to solve real world problems
- Network with 30+ ambitious students and industry professionals who are striving to lead the development of the STEM industry in Australia
- Engage with incredibly hard working students who are eager to learn more about your organisation
The industry solutions to be showcased on the night include:
1. JDS
- Full Stack Observability: Design and build a mechanism to query the New Relic GraphAPI and send reports and dashboards to clients in order for them to gain deeper visibility into their platform metrics.
2. Arcadis
- Sustainable Design for Education Precincts: Explore and develop a concept design for a new university campus with consideration of sustainable design elements, including waste management reducing water and energy consumption.
3. Jacobs
- Smart Buildings: Design and explore a smart building system for a university building which integrates disparate control systems such as security and lighting.
- Sustainable Green Building: Investigate green building design and propose a sustainable air conditioning system for office buildings considering ozone depletion and global warming potential.
