About this Event

Calling all females whether in a startup, a woman in leadership, a stay at home mum with a side hustle, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs etc, come along to this event which will be filled with laughter, food, wine and an evening to inspire you.

How do we do it as women, only by having our 'A Team' with you all the way. Our 'A Team' will talk about Staying Relevant in this modern world & The Juggle is Real.

The event will be moderated by Michelle Bowditch from Door20A. Sitting on the A Team will be Trudi Yip from Numeric Eight, Dr Michela Sorensen General Practitioner specialising in Mental Health, Women's and Children's Health & Samantha Khater from of Dessert Boxes.

About Trudi Yip is founder and managing director or Numeric Eight, wrote a book called Counting Potatoes, Speaker & an ambassdor for Coach.

Trudi established Numeric Eight in 2006 to combine her love of numbers with her passion for mentoring other business owners. Prior to this, she ran a successful fashion business for 13 years and has a deep connection withentrepreneurs and leaders in the creative industries. Trudi believes the strongest relationships are built through trust, honesty and respect with clients and her team.For more than 75 years, or three generations, her family has run (and still runs today) one of the largest fresh hard vegetable product agents in the Sydney markets. She still gets up before dawn to help her family business at the Sydney Markets before continuing her day at Numeric Eight.

She wrote 'Counting Potatoes' in 2017 a #1 Amazon Best Seller! Trudi brings her business experiences and insights into this book whilst cleverly connecting business success to vegetables in 6 chapters!

You will regularly see Trudi speaking at events and contributes to podcasts and guest blogs. These include: podcasts on Profitable Hospitality, being on the panel at theFine Food Expo 2019 as well as speaking at the co- working space MUSEAbout.

Trudi is the only COACH Ambassador in Australia. She regularly partners with COACH creating events ranging from networking events to charity dinners and lunches.

Meet Dr Michela Sorensen (B.Med, FRACGP) - General Practitioner specialising in Mental Health, Women's and Children's Health.

Currently practicing in Double Bay, Sydney, and have established a Rural Outreach Clinic in North-West Victoria which she runs every 6 weeks.

She also spends time working in a small village in Uganda as well as outback Australia - Alice Springs, Karratha and Far North Queensland.

And finally the awesome and super talented young female leader breaking boundaries and kicking massive goals is Samantha Khater from Dessert Boxes.

Samantha is the owner and social media queen behind the online gift giving phenomenon, Dessert Boxes. This boundary pushing, straight shooting, orange skittle hating marketing disruptor is not afraid to say it how it is and turned selling donuts into a 7-figure business, in 12 months! She's obsessed with capturing people's attention and making noise on social media which is hard to ignore.
