Rob Celada grew up in Drouin, and has practiced law in Gippsland for over a decade. Rob was a former Senior Associate at McKenzie Allen and has since become the founder of Pathfinder Law.

In founding Pathfinder Law, Rob wanted to create a place for the best and brightest legal talents in Gippsland to offer commercially focused and innovative legal services to the businesspeople, entrepreneurs, developers and startups who are driving growth in the region and shaping Gippsland’s future.

Rob has a particular interest in operational process development and the application of technology to improve how law firms work, to deliver better and more cost-effective outcomes for clients.

About the Startup Masterclass Series:

The Startup Masterclass Series is a collaboration between Startup Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley Authority.

Running between November 2021 and June 2022, a series of workshops will be hosted across Gippsland to support founders and startups within the region with the tools and insights they need to help their businesses improve efficiency and find continued success.

Each workshop will focus on a specialised business topic, and will set out to empower local founders to push through any barriers and fill knowledge gaps that may be holding them back from getting to where they want to go.
