Starting up your own business is not only about ticking boxes. This workshop will have you bedding down the vital foundations of your business.

You will be guided through the hard questions like what is your purpose, your market potential and who is your customer?

These critical strategic questions answered early in your business can save you years of hardship and wasted time and money!

In this Two Part Workshop series, we go through the dos and don’ts of starting up and make sure you’ve got the right advice and are on the right path at the earliest stage.

This hands on and interactive workshop will have you working on your business model and you’ll leave with a whole toolkit of resources to help your business flourish.

You will learn how to test and adapt your business and develop a lean and resilient organisation. No matter what industry you come from or level of ambition – this workshop is a first stop must!

If you are an intender or have started your own business in the last 12 months this practical course will give you the confidence to make informed decisions and gain clarity about your business’ purpose!

Your Presenter:

We affectionately refer to Paulina our startup mum. Her passion and advice delivers a perfect balance of inspiration and drive to our clients. After starting her own business 25 years ago she has also been committed to helping people reach their potential. She has seen more than three thousand businesses at the Business Centre since she started mentoring 12 years ago.
