Start your day with a very nice social exercise, TAI CHI.

You are invited to Join us for a weekly, relaxing Tai Chi class at Kellyville from 7am.

People of all ages can cultivate relaxation, balance, central equilibrium and physical co-ordination through these gentle and non-jarring exercises.
