Description

The staff appraisal process is a critical part of supporting our staff and the University as a whole in achieving the UWA 2030 vision. Our People and Culture priorities focus on building workforce capability, fostering a high performance culture and encouraging innovation and development. Staff appraisals are a key mechanism to help us achieve these priorities. Staff appraisals provide an opportunity to review performance over the past 12 months and set objectives and development goals for the next 12 months.

Training for appraisers will cover:

  • The UWA appraisal process
  • Navigating the Staff Appraisal System
  • Preparing for and conducting an appraisal
  • Agreeing Objectives and Development activities as part of the appraisal discussion

Online resources and training sessions will also be available to support appraisees.

*Please note, sessions may be combined if delegate registrations numbers are low.
