This is the first in our series of workshops.

Looking to improve your squat for powerlifting or general strength and performance? Come learn how in this 2 hour workshop at one of Brisbane's best strength gyms, PTC Northside.

This workshop will cover:

-Warmups, including mobility and injury prevention
