SPS Leadership Seminar – ‘The good, the bad and the ugly: Chris Lock reflecting over his 40 year career!’
It is now a year since I registered my business, Sustainable People Solutions (SPS). I am happy to report that I have not just survived my first 12 months in business but I have thoroughly enjoyed them!
At my Launch event last October I promised to continue the tradition with an annual Leadership event, where my clients, colleagues and friends will not only have the opportunity to network amongst like-minded professionals, but will also have the opportunity to learn something new. This year I decided to organise a Leadership Seminar and invite a senior person in our industry to share their insights and lessons learnt, so that we can all take the opportunity to reflect on our own careers.
Chris Lock has kindly accepted my invitation to share with us ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’ of his 40 year career! Chris is an infrastructure professional with extensive experience in the delivery of major projects. Prior to becoming an Independent Advisor, he spent the previous 10 years working in the public sector, with his most recent role as Deputy Director General, Transport Projects, at Transport for NSW. Chris started his career in the private sector working for construction companies, and has previously held Director roles with both Baulderstone Hornibrook (now Lendlease) and Barclay Mowlem (now Laing O’Rourke). He also spent over six years working in construction management as a Principal and Director at Evans & Peck (now Advisian, part of the WorleyParsons Group).
Whilst attendance at this seminar is free, please register by Mon 24th Oct, for catering purposes.
I look forward to seeing you all there!
Regards,
Natasa
