Are you a founder ready to take your startup global but don’t know where to start? Are you considering global expansion but your team’s international business experience is limited?

Austrade’s global Landing Pads help market-ready Australian startups take their business global. The program offers an up-to-90 day residency in the best co-working spaces in the world, located in San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Shanghai, Berlin, and Singapore.

We’re running half-day workshops across Australia for founders who want to go global. We’ve packed years of learnings from some of Australia’s most experienced startup leaders into this condensed and complimentary half-day workshop to help you successfully plan your international expansion.

Dr Stephanie Fahey, CEO of Austrade
Stephanie is the Chief Executive Officer of Austrade, the Australian Government agency responsible for promoting trade, investment and international education, and tourism policy, programs and research. she has over 30 years’ experience both as an academic and executive working in Australia and overseas.

Brad Couper, Advisor to Growth Stage Software Companies
Brad led the global growth of simPRO, a Brisbane based startup, successfully launching into the US and raising A$40m from a New York-based VC.

Phaedon Stough, Co-Founder of Innovation Bay.
Phaedon has spent many years in Australia and Silicon Valley helping Australian founders commercialise their ideas, raise capital and go to market.

Amanda Price, Head of KMPG High Growth Ventures.
Amanda leads KPMG's dedicated startup team and lived in the US for 8 years working with Australian startups to help them expand internationally.

Luke Deacon, Manager - Australian Landing Pads
Luke is an experienced international trade adviser who has led on Austrade’s innovation ecosystem engagement. Luke manages Austrade’s Landing Pads program which helps Australian startups and scaleups access international innovations hotspots including San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Singapore and Shanghai.

Julie Trell
Julie is the Head of muruD and is a connector of people, programs and ecosystems. She has proven record of establishing and maintaining genuine and long lasting relationships with community partners, fellow employees, customers, business partner, investors and founders.

Kara Frederick
Kara has been an investor or adviser for financial services technology for over 15 years, from New York and San Francisco to Sydney, including six years at investment bank Goldman Sachs.

Bardia Housman
Bardia blazed the trail to Silicon Valley for many Aussie tech start-ups. He has already built and sold two successful tech businesses and is passionate to help the next generation of start-up talent find their way to success.

Niki Scevak - Partner at Blackbird Ventures
