Are you a founder ready to take your startup global but don’t know where to start? Are you considering global expansion but your team’s international business experience is limited?

Austrade’s global Landing Pads help market-ready Australian startups take their business global. The program offers an up-to-90 day residency in the best co-working spaces in the world, located in San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Shanghai, Berlin, and Singapore.

We’re running half-day workshops across Australia for founders who want to go global. We’ve packed years of learnings from some of Australia’s most experienced startup leaders into this condensed and complimentary half-day workshop to help you successfully plan your international expansion.

Brad Couper, Advisor to Growth Stage Software Companies
Brad led the global growth of simPRO, a Brisbane based startup, successfully launching into the US and raising A$40m from a New York-based VC.

Phaedon Stough, Co-Founder of Innovation Bay.
Phaedon has spent many years in Australia and Silicon Valley helping Australian founders commercialise their ideas, raise capital and go to market.

Amanda Price, Head of KMPG High Growth Ventures.
Amanda leads KPMG's dedicated startup team and lived in the US for 8 years working with Australian startups to help them expand internationally.

Chris Farquar, Technology Executive and Investor - iCetana
Chris has founded three technology companies that he managed through to acquisitions with revenues in excess of $300M, including two U.S. exits. He spent an extended period based in the Silicon Valley area of California, and companies he founded have sold products in over 20 countries globally.

Tom Rayner, Business Development Executive at Myriota
Myriota is a satellite communications company specialising in low cost, low powered, IoT connectivity. Myriota uses a constellation of tiny low earth orbit satellites and patented communications technology to provide direct to orbit IoT connectivity at a fraction of the cost of existing satellite services.

Chris Baudia, Founder and CEO at GeoMoby
Chris' vision for Geo Moby is to merge the offline and online worlds and create new & innovative solutions for everyone.

Gerhard Kimenkowski - CEO at CADwalk Global
CADwalk is an interactive visualisation tool for life-size room design and space optimisation, developed by Jumbo Vision. Gerhard Founded Jumbo Vision International Pty Ltd in 1991. With over 30 years of technical understanding and delivery, Gerhard leads Jumbo Vision in all technical innovations.

Gabe Sulkes, Landing Pad Manager in San Francisco.

Gabe's experience managing accelerators means he will give you the advice you need to know.

Daniel Zhang, Landing Pad Manager in Shanghai.
Daniel is a previous founder and has deep connections within the Chinese startup ecosystem.
