SPRING IS ALMOST UPON US

Days are getting warmer. Mornings are getting lighter. So I'm going to give you all a little PUSH to help whip you into shape for the warmer months of beach & sun & general outdoor antics!

WHICH MEANS SUNDAY BOOTCAMPS ARE BACK ON! But.......with a little twist. In 8 sessions over 8 weeks you'll learn to:

1) Train to be fitter, stronger and leaner
2) Refine your technique & lift like a badass
3) Create long term, sustainable habits to help keep you on track ALL year round

Also........

4) Meet awesome people
5) Hang out with me

Note:
I need you to be ready to commit to ALL 8 weeks - or as close to as possible! There will be a break over the October long weekend, as I know most of you will be enjoying yourselves elsewhere ;)
