About this event

Two x three hour virtual workshops:

13th October 9.30am - 12.30pm

20th October 9.30am - 12.30pm

  • Reflection of strategies learnt from Springboard
  • Acknowledgement of Achievements post Springboard
  • Working with others, using DiSC profiling. Springboard was all about YOU, taking the next steps to understand how we can have stronger, richer working relationships with others around you at work and home, whilst appreciating we are all different
  • Resilience - you only need to look at our recent Olympic athletes to see resilient women, our front line heath workers and those that are managing themselves each day to front up to the media
  • Optimism - whilst we sometimes cannot shape the outcomes, we can certainly shape the way you think about it. Key lessons on how to grow a positive mental attitude
  • Goal Setting - learning new strategies on understanding how to get ahead, walking away with a plan of action
  • Networking - how to master the right way to think about your career, being comfortable to seek out guidance, ask for help, and raising your profile. We already know more people than we think
  • Mentoring - get one! How to ask, plan for it, structure it when the time is right to advance in your career and raise your reach.
