Description

Dusk is a wonderful time to spot animals in The Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan. The park is home to a variety of nocturnal creatures, from brushtail possums, wallaroos, echidnas, and all kinds of spiders.

Join our experienced Rangers for a fascinating and surprising spotlight walk to see how the Garden transforms when the sun goes down.


When: 27 September & 4 October 2019 | 5.30 - 6.30pm

17 January 2019 | 8:30pm - 10pm

Where: Meet at Mount Annan Drive Entrance Gate (NOT Narellan Road which will be closed). Parking is available on the left side of the drive just past the first gate after the round-about or on Mount Annan Drive. Google maps link of meeting point: https://goo.gl/maps/i91V45qj8zAfHB7YA

Age: Adults or families with children aged 5+ years are welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult who also need to purchase ticket/s)

Price: $22.00 per person. No walk-ins. Tickets must be purchased in advance which allows us to notify of event cancellation using email supplied on booking. No refunds unless event is cancelled. Tickets can be shown on mobile devices or printed out.

Special notes: Bring a torch, enclosed shoes, bug repellent, warm clothes and rain jacket incase of wet weather.

Please note: This event goes ahead in wet weather, so please come prepared with wet weather gear. Workshops are cancelled if inclement weather is dangerous i.e. high winds and lightning. An email informing of cancellation will be sent to email supplied at time of booking at least 1.5 hours before event starts.
