Join us to get an update from the Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC). Learn about their new “PCOC in Residential Aged Care” This is a new PCOC program designed for use in Residential Aged Care Facilities by both Clinical Staff and Care workers.

This presentation will be suitable for any health professional working in Residential Aged Care including Care Workers. It is also suitable for Specialist Palliative Care services and GP supporting Residential Aged Care Facility residents/ patients.
