Join Dr Mary Anne Hall as she provides suggestions and strategies for communicating with clients. How NDIS providers, disability support workers, aged care providers and caregivers communicate with clients in relation to both stressful situations and everyday issues, will impact not just on how clients feel in relation to the issue, but how they foster independence and gain empowerment moving forward.
This webinar will discuss:
• Tips for providing honest and transparent communication
• Strategies for fostering emotional validation and acknowledgment of feelings
• Body language cues that promote trust and open communication
• Guidance for resolving potential conflict
This Webinar is suitable for NDIS providers, disability support workers, aged care workers, caregivers and all those who work directly with clients in a care setting.
