Sports Recovery Yoga Course

This 5 week course ties in with the Crossfit Open and is designed for tight, sore, inflexible bodies and busy minds. Each Monday you will be guided through a sequence that will help you recover and unwind from that week's Open Workout. As an Open participant herself, Lou will create a class that is specifically designed to aid your recovery from whatever delightful workout you completed between Fri - Mon.
If you are not participating in the Crossfit Open - no problem. Come along and learn how to use yoga to increase mobility, aid recovery, breathe efficiently, nourish your adrenals and replenish your nervous system.
Stretch. Breathe. Reset. Let go. Unwind. Get ready to go again.
This course will run on Monday 27 February, 6, 13, 20 & 27 March, 7.30pm - 8.30pm at Crossfit Athletic Mona Vale, 7 Taronga Place.
