About this Event
Join Parish '10 alumni, Coach Kevin Williamson, for this multi-day, youth sports performance camp. This camp is designed to introduce the fundamental components of speed, agility and strength as a way to enhance any athlete’s training regimen. Instruction will also include goal setting, proper nutrition and recovery strategies to aid the development of high performing student-athletes. Acceleration, speed and change of direction will be the focus points. There will be three evaluations over the course of the camp used to establish baseline metrics. Tests will include the 10-yard split, 40-yard dash and 5-10-5 pro agility test. Each test will provide a review of explosiveness, speed and how well the athlete decelerates and changes direction.
