Known for hosting art exhibitions in unusual locations, street artist MYSTERIOUS AL presents his latest exhibition SPOOKHOUSE; an immersive art exhibition set in and around a working fairground ghost train housed in a vast Collingwood warehouse.

Climb aboard a rickety cart and journey through a twisting labyrinth of animated characters, paintings, projections and special effects created by the artist.

It’s artwork meets robotics and Mysterious Al delivers a one-of-a-kind experience brimming with art and filled with scares, mystery and a touch of humour.

Featuring paintings, projections and the artist’s first foray into sculpture — SPOOKHOUSE challenges the way we interpret and consume art by playing on the nostalgia of a traditional 1950’s ghost train.

To ensure the best possible experience when visiting the exhibition, sessions allow a 60 minute visit for up to 100 people at any one time.

After experiencing SPOOKHOUSE, guests are invited to visit the exhibition space and the gift shop.

CAPACITY

The exhibition is operating at a reduced capacity to ensure the best possible experience and in consideration of social distancing and capacity restrictions.

ALL AGES

This event is for all ages, however guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Prams are not permitted on the ghost-train. Pram parking is available on entry.

ACCESS

Whilst the exhibition is accessible, due to the nature of the ghost-train, depending on your requirements, wheelchair access may not be possible. We are happy to discuss your accessibility requirements directly. If you are a Companion Card holder and wish to attend, you are welcome to do so with your companion for free. WARNING

The ghost-train contains flashing lights, strobe lighting, haze effects, loud and sudden noises. Pregnant people, those with heart conditions or pre-existing medical conditions cannot ride.

In the event that you are unable to attend due to experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have to isolate as per a DHHS directive.

In the event you still wish to change the date, please re-purchase for your new preferred date. EventBrite does not have the ability to shift the dates.
