Sat. 25 March 2017, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm AEDT
Join the Australian legend of ‘The Man from Snowy River’ with an outdoor dining experience in the shadow of the Snowy Mountains.
‘There was movement at the station; for the word had passed around that the colt from old regret had got away. and had joined the wild bush horses – he was worth a thousand pound, so all the cracks had gathered to the fray’.
(Opening lines of Banjo Paterson’s ‘The Man from Snowy River' 1890)
Indulge in a hearty three course feast, inspired by the bush and featuring the best Australian produce. Sit by the campfire with your cup of billy tea and listen to yarns from the ‘real’ ‘Man from Snowy River’ whilst showcasing great horsemanship and the connection between man and horse, all within the beautiful surrounds of Lake Crackenback and the Thredbo Valley.
