Event description

Description

HelpNow Group continues to seek ways to connect local frontline workers in the sector of Youth Work, Case Work, CYPS, DVCS, Disability and MORE! We all know doing the work.

What is speed networking and how does it work?

Speed networking is like speed dating for professionals. It evolved from the speed dating model of meeting a lot of people in a short amount of time. Speed networking is a structured process for facilitating introductions and conversation between people who don't know each other in Frontline Welfare Work in ACT/NSW.

Whats required?

Have an Elevator Speech Ready

Prepare a short elevator speech which summarizes key elements of your work and educational history as well as what you're thinking about regarding your future career path.

All participants will be briefed on the day on how to maximise your Front Line Connections with people across the sector. Following the event we will review attending to a local club or related depending on the numbers.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

RSVP before 1/3/18
