Q Shelter is offering this tailored, free and special training for Community Housing Providers and Property/Tenancy Managers on applying Housing First principles.
This interactive session explores how Housing First principles can be applied within tenancy and property management roles, even when housing options and resources are limited.
Michelle Debert and Q Shelter will deliver this training for new and experienced tenancy and property managers who want practical, evidence-informed ways to support stability, reduce tenancy breakdowns and work effectively with people experiencing homelessness.

Tickets: FREE (you must be employed as a tenancy or property manager in Queensland and/or work in a Community Housing Provider)

This session supports tenancy and property managers to reflect, learn and apply Housing First principles in ways that improve outcomes for people experiencing chronic or reoccurring homelessness without adding pressure or unrealistic expectations to their roles.
