About this event
For this month's Beer Table we're welcoming special guests The Gospel Whiskey as we celebrate Rye July and the launch of our 2022 Series Into The 'Wood Rye Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged in The Gospel Whiskey barrels.
Enjoy a three course truffle themed menu alongside a range of whiskey inspired beverages, hosted by The Gospel Whiskey, Stomping Ground Cicerone Cassie O'Neill, and Stomping Ground Brewer Travis Matheson.
Food Menu - Truffle Season:
- Lamb tartare with umeboshi, egg yolk, and truffle espuma
- Whiskey braised short rib with truffle polenta, grilled garlic scapes and leeks, and garlic cashew cheese
- Trio of chocolate truffles
