Event description
Hungry to learn new skills, hone a craft or improve your abilities in any way you can? Well, look no further!

About this Event

Public speaking is a great tool to educate, entertain, or influence listeners and often times people refer to it as being a number one fear that human beings possess. However, what happens when you're able to participate, practice and perfect this act in a safe space provided by the Afro-Australian Student Organisation?

This September, we invite you to come along to our Speaking Volumes: 101 Guide to Public Speaking session at the Multicultural Hub.

Get the tips and tricks from AASO Alumni Fafa!

And by the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

• Understand your audience/learn how to engage their audience

• Lessen your dependence on scripts

• Overcome shyness/nerves

• Discover how to display a cool, confident, calm and collected appearance

So, be quick to book your tickets!
