Description

Ginger Gorman in conversation with Lex Hirst explores harrowing stories of predator trolling & cyber hate victims and the systematic failures of social media companies and law enforcement to keep us safe.

Ginger Gorman and her family became the targets of orchestrated online hate campaign as a result of a story she broadcast on ABC in 2013. After the terror faded she began a five month investigation into troll hunting.

Lex Hirst is the Publisher at social purpose publishing at Pantera Press and former director of the National Young Writers Festival and Junkee Junket Unconference.

Join us for this fascinating deep dive into the minds of trolls and possible solutions to this growing issue.
