Event description
Cassie McCullagh in conversation with Meredith Burgmann, Nadia Wheatley, John Derum and Helen Voysey

About this event

The Sixties – an era of protest, free love, civil disobedience, and flower power marked a turning point for change. Radicals found their voices and used them.

In Radicals— Remembering the Sixties, Meredith Burgmann and Nadia Wheatley describe the awakening of a generation that set out to change the world. In this conversation led by ABC radio presenter Cassie McCullagh, the authors will share their own memories of that exciting era with John Derum and Helen Voysey, whose stories are told in the book.
