By adhering to your meal plan for at least 30 days (60 or 90 if you have a considerable amount of fat to lose), Sara can put you on the path to a lifestyle of eating well. The ultimate goal is to get you to a point where you can eat what you want: Sara does, but she’s been doing her Method for more than a decade!
