We will be using repurposed glass jars and biodegradable soy wax. Lavender and orange essential oils will be supplied, feel free to bring your own favourite oils if you wish.

CANCELLATIONS

Our events often book out. If you are unable to attend, please let us know before the event so we can allocate your spot to another person.

You can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the start of an event and have your ticket fee refunded. To cancel, log into Eventbrite using the email you used to purchase your ticket. Cancellations will incur a small Eventbrite booking fee. Events cancelled by us will not incur a cancellation fee. or email library@begavalley.nsw.gov.au

Occasionally, we need to cancel an event due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel an event you will be notified via email or telephone and your ticket fee will be fully refunded.
