About this Event
The details of the Graduation Ceremony are as follows:
WHEN: Friday, 20 November 2020
WHERE: Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Broadbeach
TIME: Parent and guest arrivals – strictly 3:30pm-4:30pm (late arrivals must enter through an alternate entrance). Parents/guests will be pre-seated in the Arena prior to student arrivals, as per the venue’s COVID-19 guidelines. The arrivals and Graduation event will be live-streamed onto the large screens inside the arena. An online link to this live stream will be provided closer to the event for family members/friends unable to attend.*Unfortunately, guests are unable to stand in the driveway for the student arrivals.
Student arrivals – strictly 4:30pm-5:30pm
DRESS : Students must wear formal attire. This also applies to students who are only participating in the Graduation part of the evening.
GUESTS: Smart casual – no thongs, singlets or shorts. As this is a formal occasion, students and guests who do not meet dress requirements will not be permitted entry to the function, as per the venue’s dress code.
TICKETS: This is a ticketed event. In order to ensure equity, graduating students will receive a ticket for themselves and be able to purchase a maximum of 4 additional tickets at $10.00 per ticket via the below link
Upon purchase, we require the following details for each ticket as per the venue’s COVID-19 guidelines:

- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Admission to the event will be by presentation of tickets at the door. Tickets will be randomly allocated to a section and can be purchased from EventBrite from Friday 21 August, 2020. These tickets will then be distributed to students during Week 10 Assembly (Wednesday 16 September, 2020). Tickets that are purchased after this date can be collected at the commencement of Term 4.
*We would hate to see families miss out on the chance to obtain a ticket, and should families require more than 4 tickets please note we will be more than happy to provide this opportunity next term if there are tickets left over. Please note, there are no waiting lists and this opportunity will be on a first in, first served basis.
