Led by registered music therapist, singer and music teacher Kim Edgar-Lane the choir group runs Tuesday every week and is aimed at people facing mental health and other life challenges. Singing in a group builds self esteem and improves mood. The group will stimulate your mind, body and spirit so come along and give it a go. You don't have to have a great voice, or any experience just the desire to have fun singing with others.
