Come along and laugh for your health and happiness. The Southbank Laughter Club runs every Tuesday night from 6pm to 7pm. The laughter session is based on Laughter Yoga which enables you to laugh even if you don't feel like it. It's an aerobic exercise program that is AAA rated. Anyone can do it Anywhere, and Anytime. You don't have to have a sense of humour to attend but you WILL develop one. Laughter boosts the immune system, regulates blood pressure, increases oxygen, reduces depression and anxiety, as well as emotional and physical pain.
