Ever wanted to bake your own sourdough but felt overwhelmed? Join my beginner-friendly sourdough workshop in my home at The Pines Estate, Yeppoon where we’ll learn the basics, share tips, and enjoy a relaxed, social session with other local women In our community. Absolutely no experience needed! Just come along, make some new friends, and take home the confidence to bake your own beautiful bread.
Over the Christmas period my older sister taught me how to bake sourdough. In just a month I have fallen in love with the craft and found a passion for its beauty. I want to be able to share this with my community and share how easy making sourdough can be. No fancy equipment, or expensive flour, just the basic items in my kitchen and a whole lot of love as making sourdough is definitely a labour of love!
I'm excited to embark this journey with you and look forward to seeing you at one of my beginners workshops!
What to bring:
- A mixing bowl (plastic or glass)
- A wooden spoon or spatula
- A clean tea towel
- A container or jar to take home your starter
- An apron (optional, but recommended!)
- Yourself and a willingness to get a little floury 😄

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot
No refunds - If you're unable to attend, please let me know and we can arrange to bring your payment forward to another session. Two missed sessions will result in forfeiting your investment.
Note:
- As this is a beginners class to learn the basics, unfortunately there are no GF options available. Laucke Wallaby Bakers Flour will be used.
- Address will be sent in your registation confirmation email
- Parking - To avoid street congestion, please park in the driveway or on the front lawn.
