Join me for a two hour meditation workshop which includes guided visualisation, a relaxing sound journey and group vocalisation. Surrender to the soothing sounds designed to gently slow your brainwaves, boost your immune system and guide you into deep states of mental relaxation and physical restoration. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. This is meditation made easy.
Your soundscape includes tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, melodic and african drums, chimes, vocal toning and multi-layered overtone singing.
Let time and space drift away. Take time out to nourish your body, mind and soul. Access your own inner wisdom in silence and sound.
Ages 12+ are welcome. (children accompanied by an adult).
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions can be provided (Gold Ticket) OR bring your own (Silver). Chairs provided for those who prefer to sit.
