About this event
Please join us Monday evening for a beautiful Sound Meditation. We start the journey with gonging and smudging, then you are invited into a cosy relaxation lounge to unwind before we begin.
Each meditation is unique and beneficial for your overall wellbeing. The sound acts as an amplifier for your intentions and the healing frequencies penetrate on a cellular level and bring you into a state of total equilibrium.
You will enjoy a cup of herbal tea and an inspirational card ~ Renewed and de-stressed.
The meditation is a seated meditation, we have chairs and lovely comfy couches for those who arrive first. Bookings are essential as we have limited spaces available ~ Cost $30 (tickets are non refundable unless notification is given 48 hours prior to the event )
