About this event
Experience a deep relaxation and inner peace without having to know how to meditate. Different sound instruments are played from Symphonic Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Toning, Solfeggio Pipes, Crystals Tone Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum, Thunder Drum to Rain Stick, help you go into a deep meditation and alter your brain wave from thinking to meditative brain wave without having to do anything or just laying down and enjoy the sound.
Research shown Sound Meditation help with stress, mood swings, anxiety, improve memory, blood pressure, cholesterol, sleep quality and physical pain.
Eka is a qualified Sound Meditation facilitator, Kinesiologist and Sound Therapist, achieved her qualification in Diploma of Sound from Australian College of Sound Therapy (ASCT). Eka has been practising meditation and mindfulness practice for about 10 years. Her passion in natural healing has helped her mental and physical health. Her goal is to extend the benefits of natural healing practice as a way of life and creates vibrant community.
Session run for about 1 hour
Door open 15 minutes before the session start, no late entry
Mattress, pillow, eye mask and blanket are provided, but please bring your own towel
Tea and water is available, but feel free to bring your own water bottle and please drink plenty of water before and after the session.
Toilet is available at the premises
Free 2 hours parking is available.
Space limited to 8 people, so please book your session ahead
Contraindications:
Epilepsy, seizure, first trimester pregnancy, mechanic device, e.g: pace maker, had a surgery recently or heart attack and stroke.
