Sound meditation has the power to alter our brainwaves, leading us gently into a relaxed state of awareness or in some cases, a deeply restorative sleep. This session is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. A sonic journey like no other that will leave you feeling refreshed, calm, clear and definitely vibrating at a higher frequency!
The soundscape includes tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowl, Hapi drum, african drums, chimes and multi-layered live vocal overtones and harmonics. I will also be guiding you through some techniques for self-healing using the voice.
Yoga mats, Pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort. Dress warm and comfortable and bring water. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to be seated.
Arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
