Sound Medicine Hike - Warrandyte
Event Information
About this Event
Join a group of like-minded souls to spend a morning exploring the incredible healing benefits of forest bathing, the Japanese practice of 'Shinrin-Yoku', which helps to calm and reduce stress. At times we will slow down to forest bathe along the track and then during our hike, we will stop to receive a 30 minute sound bath. Sound Healing is an ancient shamanic practice of sound immersion and meditation, as the vibrations help to calm, heal and rejuvenate the soul.
Location: Warrandyte State Park - meet at Jumping Creek Sandy Bay carpark (a google maps reference for the meeting point will be emailed out the day before)
Time: 9am and finish at approximately 12:30pm
