Sound Healing Session

Come join me for a peaceful Sound Bath, a gentle and nurturing experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace through the soothing power of sound. I’m a certified sound therapy practitioner from Mysore, India, and I’ll guide you through a restorative sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, chimes, and other meditative instruments, along with ancient mantras to calm the mind and soothe the heart.

Open to all ages and levels, this session offers a beautiful way to reset your mind and body with clarity, balance, and calm. The space will be warm, welcoming, and peaceful - all mats, blankets, and props will be provided, so you can simply arrive and relax. I can’t wait to share this heart-opening, restorative experience with you.
