Sound Healing Experience

Join us on a journey of beautiful, healing sounds that fill the heart and sooth the body. This is an easy, immersive experience that can fill the body, mind and soul leaving you feeling refreshed and reconnected no matter where you are on your journey.

This is a wonderful way to release any tension you are holding from this current week and put you in a great state to prepare for the upcoming week. Come along and let yourself be immersed in the wonderful state of sound vibration. A simple yet powerful experience which will move easily and without pressure throughout every part of your physical body and mental self.

Using a combination of:

* musical various instruments, including crystal singing bowls

* Mantras

* Breath work

* Guided Meditation and

* Silent Meditation

The perfect journey.

We all experience the word differently and the sound healing journey is the same.

A little about our beautiful guide - Michelle:

As an experienced practitioner in the Wellbeing space Michelle brings her skills in multiple modalities to create a wonderful experience to each session.

Michelle has a background as a Reiki Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and is a powerful channel of energetic healing and has written her own songs that have been performed in concert. She plays djembe in kirtan as well as running Women’s drumming circles, Cacao ceremonies, Reiki workshops, individual sound healing sessions and light language channelled healing sessions. Michelle also has a range channelled essences that provide unique and transformational activations to assist humanity and Mother Gaia at this time.
