Self-compassion is a powerful tool you can use to improve your well-being, self-confidence and resilience. It is a form of SELF-LOVE.
Many find it easy to have compassion for others but struggle in applying this same kindness to themselves. Can you relate?
What if we could access our heart's intuition to become the best version of ourselves, to become Divine Love, so the energy we are projecting outwards is always high vibration? What if we did that with self-compassion?

All this energy vibrates on different frequencies. Every person has their own vibration. We create our energy through our life experiences, the thoughts we have, the foods we eat, the type of music we listen to, and how we see ourselves – our self-perception and self-talk.
As you unfold the petals of your heart chakra, you will find the seat of compassion, not only for others, but for yourself as well.
By taking moments throughout your day to pause and practice self-compassion, you can gradually increase this quality and make it a more regular habit in your life. You can start being kinder to yourself and allow the rippling effects to spread out to your family, friends and environment.
My sound bath healing meditations can help you melt any tension in your body as you surrender and let go, experiencing positive emotions and creating physiological benefits in your body.
So, let us unapologetically embrace who we are with self-love and be comfortable shining our true essence and be comfortable in our perfection.

What can I bring to the event?

Your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket
Please wear comfortable appropriate clothing.
You may bring a bottle of water (if you wish).
A journal and pen to write down any revelations or thoughts after the sound healing
An open mind and heart

Meet Anastasia:
Anastasia has trained in Sound Healing, Kinesiology, Reiki, Crystal Dreaming, Sacred Ancestral Clearing and Aromatherapy massage and is exploring and researching the amazing health benefits of sound healing in all her modalities.
She is excited to share her love and passion of her crystal bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions so that each person can experience the crystalline frequency of light of the sublime sounds of the crystal singing bowls.
